My Favorite Relationship Podcasts

My friends and I often exchange recommendations for podcasts. And I love it. I love the medium of listening to a podcast while walking, commuting, cooking, resting… And I often pass on the most meaningful podcasts to clients. I have included my favorite episodes for you to listen to. These podcasts feature the most interesting, bright, and dynamic thinkers in couples therapy, psychology, and philosophy. Most of these podcasts relate to the couples’ cycle of conflict, relationship patterns, love, anger, emotions and how we think about all of this.
I have chosen episodes that help us with specific strategies and tools to work with our partners and on ourselves.

I love Esther Perel‘s “Where Shall We Begin.” Every episode is dynamic, interesting, entertaining, and there’s something to learn from it. There is a bit of a taboo pleasure in eavesdropping on a couple’s therapy session. And it is deep and offers great practical strategies to take home.

There are other podcasts that I’m highlighting specific episodes because of the guest speaker. These leaders in the field have something really original to say and the way that they communicate really resonates with me.  I’m presenting to you my favorites from the perspective of being thought-provoking, entertaining, and emotional resonance.

These are the podcasts that I’m most excited about at the moment. So if you are looking for something new and engaging, here are my current picks:

Relationship Alive with guest Sue Johnson, Episode 27

Relationship Alive with guest John Gottman, Episode 1

The Knowlege Project with guest: Sue Johnson, Episode 62 (2 hours long but worth it)!

We Earth Radio: Conversations that Make a Difference with guest: Terry Real

Relationship Alive with guest Terry Real, Episode 4

Relationship Alive with guest Toni Herbine Blank, Episode 52

The Mindvalley Podcast with Vishen with guest Esther Perel (Fast forward the first few minutes until Esther starts talking).

Relationship Alive with guest Harriet Lerner, Episode 12

Are you interested in working on your personal development? Are you looking for a life coach or a life consultant? Are you feeling stagnant? Do you want to jumpstart change?

My transformational approach is a process where awareness, alignment, and action work together as catalysts to create momentum for change.

*Awareness is knowing what you genuinely want and need.

*Alignment is the symmetry between our values and our actions. It means our inner and outer worlds match.

*Action is when you are conscious that what you say, do and think are in harmony with your values.

Together we build an understanding of what you want to accomplish, and delve deeply into building awareness around any thoughts and assumptions that you may already have. To truly transform your life, I will empower you to rethink what’s possible for you.
