Living with authenticity and meaningful connection to ourselves, each other, and the world.
TRANSFORM
I work as a psychotherapist and relationship coach with individuals, couples, and expats, online, across time zones, wherever you are. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface: the interpretations that form before you have time to think, and the coping strategies your younger self built that have become your default way of being. Most made sense when they were created, but many no longer serve you.
Our sessions work like a laboratory: we slow down, observe what is driving you, and build a hypothesis together. Then you return to your life and experiment. The goal is to become an active participant in your own experience: someone who can recognize the pattern, interrupt it, and choose something new.
GET TO KNOW ME
As a psychotherapist, relationship coach, mother, entrepreneur, and expat, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to my work. My approach integrates formal education, extensive therapeutic training, and years of practical experience helping clients navigate the complexities of relationships, identity, and personal growth.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Education from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan. I am a Certified Master Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute and ACC awarded by the International Coaching Federation. I completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 training in couples therapy through The Gottman Institute. I also completed EFIT Levels 1 and 2, as well as the Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship awarded by ICEEFT and NYCEFT. I am additionally a NeuroMindfulness Senior Practitioner.
I work with couples caught in cycles they cannot seem to break, who have lost the connection they once had, or who keep having the same fight without knowing why. I also work with mothers navigating the complexity of caregiving while staying connected to their own desires, needs, and identity. I work with expats and multicultural families managing the weight of living between cultures, raising third-culture kids, and building a life that does not fit neatly into anyone else’s template.

I BELIEVE
The work moves in layers. We start by understanding what you actually want and what's getting in the way. From there we build awareness around the thoughts, assumptions, and patterns that have been shaping your experience, often without your knowing it. And then we move into new behavior, new experiments, new ways of being with yourself and the people around you.
My approach draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy, and NeuroMindfulness, alongside my own frameworks developed over years of practice.
My transformational approach is a process where awareness, alignment, and action work together as catalysts to create momentum for change. Awareness is knowing what you genuinely want and need. Alignment is the symmetry between our values and our actions. It means our inner and outer worlds match. Action is when you are conscious what you say, do and think are in harmony with your values.
