Finding Whole

Finding the whole you means allowing the censorship to fade and accepting your darker side. This doesn’t mean you allow your dark side rule or control life, it means acknowledging the fullness of who you are. This means deciding on how you want to live your life and what is most important to you. You may have to reject some aspects of life that you always went along with or you may have to push yourself to acknowledge more fully some hidden truths.

Ever feel that conflict that you are only living halfway? Or maybe what you are doing in the outer world doesn’t match up with what you believe? Maybe it is time to focus on your values: what is important to you? Using your values as a guide, you can decide what parts of your life coincide with what you deeply want. Or another way to think of this is if you are on the path towards your deepest dreams.

Sometimes we forget to think about life in relation to our dreams, but dreams can be used as a compass to come closer to our inner truth.

JOURNAL EXERCIZE:

STEP 1: Start today by investing in a journal. A journal that is aesthetically appealing to you and that you can imagine carrying along with you (the right size, shape and weight).

STEP 2: (This Week) Brainstorm in your journal about what your deepest desires are. What dreams are you not living? What part of your life do you like best? What part do you wish you could avoid?

Step 3: (Next Week) Think about what values you care most about. Why are these concepts important to you? How can you imagine integrating them more fully into your life? Write about your values, your goals and your reality in your journal. Where do they overlap?

Step 4: (In Two Weeks) Work on writing up a SMART goal. Write 5 concrete actions/ steps you can do that will bring you into greater alignment. (See the Goal Setting Worksheet).

You are on your way to finding your whole.

Are you interested in working on your personal development? Are you looking for a life coach or a life consultant? Are you feeling stagnant? Do you want to jumpstart change?

My transformational approach is a process where awareness, alignment, and action work together as catalysts to create momentum for change.

  • Awareness is knowing what you genuinely want and need.

  • Alignment is the symmetry between our values and our actions. It means our inner and outer worlds match.

  • Action is when you are conscious that what you say, do and think are in harmony with your values.

Together we build an understanding of what you want to accomplish, and delve deeply into building awareness around any thoughts and assumptions that you may already have. To truly transform your life, I will empower you to rethink what’s possible for you.

We will use tools from my psychology background to help you observe and uncover the hidden parts of yourself. We will also dive into the best of life and relationship coaching to find the answers you possess about yourself. The exchange of ideas will leave you brimming with practical solutions that help to change your life starting on Day One!
