My name is Lily Manné.
As your life consultant, I help you uncover the essence of what you want out of a partnership, guide you around painful issues, and create a safe cocoon as you face your fears and discover your true desires. I focus on supporting you through the transformational process of encountering yourself and being authentic.
Exploring what makes us each human and unique is the premise for my practice. No two people need the same thing. Transformation is for everyone. My therapeutic style involves helping you to arrive at insight, strategies, and concrete tools for making immediate, positive change in your life.
As a emotion and relationship coach, I enjoy working with couples to break out of old cycles that do not serve them and discover the connection they have been longing for. I facilitate accessing relational self-awareness and gaining clarity about our own stories and emotions. I am a process consultant. I love working with mothers through the challenges of being a caretaker and a human being with her very own desires, helping you integrate all the roles you must fulfill and still feel authentic.

I am a mother of three, wife, entrepreneur, ex-pat, psychotherapist, life coach, yoga practitioner, bread baker, healthy food maker, hiker and life enthusiast. I have helped numerous clients find the balance they are looking for. With my formal education in psychology, training in life coaching, personal and business experience, I am uniquely positioned to help you achieve your dreams with concrete and practical strategies, as well as, diving into your unconscious blockages and unhealthy behavior patterns.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology & Education from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. I am a Certified Master Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute and ACC awarded by the International Coaching Federation. I completed Level 1, 2 & 3 training in couples therapy from The Gottman Institute. I also completed EFIT Level 1 & 2 in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship (awarded by ICEEFT and NYCEFT).

My transformational approach is a process where awareness, alignment, and action work together as catalysts to create momentum for change. Awareness is knowing what you genuinely want and need. Alignment is the symmetry between our values and our actions. It means our inner and outer worlds match. Action is when you are conscious what you say, do and think are in harmony with your values.

We will use tools from my psychology background to help you observe and uncover the hidden parts of yourself. We will also dive into the best of emotion and relationship coaching to find the answers you possess about yourself. The exchange of ideas will leave you brimming with practical solutions that help to change your life starting on Day One!
A few things to think through before starting this process…
I offer a free half hour consultation to establish what your expectations and goals for our work together are. We will use this time to feel each other out and determine if we are a good fit.
As we move forward together, we will talk via video or phone call for 60 or 90 minutes on a weekly basis. You will also receive email support outside of scheduled sessions, "homework" assignments, and additional resources. I only take on a limited number of clients so that I can remain available, flexible, and attuned. I also offer multi-month packages, so that you have time to focus on long-term change.
I will hold you accountable and committed to your goals.
You must be motivated to make changes, which means getting outside of your comfort zone and taking action.
You must be open to receiving reflective and constructive feedback. Sometimes this means letting go of what you think you know and opening your mind to transformation.
You must be ready to leave behind ineffective strategies and unhelpful routines.
You will make our work together a priority by showing up for appointments, completing assignments and implementing new skills.
